V2Solutions has a strong presence in the field of web based technical support. Our core business is software development and we have the capability to recruit and train our staff to help your customers resolve their technical issues.
We have run several processes providing email and chat based technical support to our clients. At V2Solutions we follow a process approach in all our activities and attach a lot of importance in understanding your process before migrating it in.
Voice Support
We have experience in running call centers. Currently, we are running two call center projects for outbound processes. We have run several outbound processes in the past as well for marketing SIM cards and printer cartridges. We have dedicated VoIP lines, telecom equipment and the required bandwidth to ensure clear and crisp data transmission. We have an in-house voice and accent trainer to train our staff on accent neutralization and enhance their communication skills.
Email/Chat Support
We are currently providing chat based services to one of our clients. These services involve providing real time live search engines managed by our support staff in order to assist the client’s end users. Our staff understands the user’s query, generates the appropriate key words, finds the relevant information and sends the URL(s) back to the user. We have sufficient experience in training our staff on writing grammatically correct English and helping them improve their keyboard and typing skills.
