For today's complex distributed environments and rapid deployment cycles, it is important to have a comprehensive and clear strategy for software quality. Our Quality strategy provides definitions of high level quality objectives for the organization, in line with business goals, as well as a review of existing quality processes and test artifacts, best practices, and gap analysis of current and future proposed states. Based on the customizable process and a unique Maturity Model for Quality, Process, and Automation, the strategy engagement follows a proven methodology to help our clients realize their quality vision.

We partner with clients to implement the following four phase QA Strategy:

IMPLEMENT

DISCOVER:
We review business requirements, understand use cases, analyze architecture, explore processes, and familiarize ourselves with the organization. This includes assessment of existing QA process, QA Plan, and QA team capabilities to define effective QA strategy.
DEFINE:
We incorporate the findings into a practical QA strategy that will help our clients achieve their quality objectives, within time and budgetary constraints. This involves defining a high-level QA Plan, QA Process, Scope, QA team structure, test data needs, as well as test automation technology/tool identification for effective test automation.
DEMONSTRATE:
In this phase, we show capabilities of the proposed strategy. In the prototype environment, our experts demonstrate the applicability of QA processes and automation capabilities as outlined in the proposed strategy on client application. This phase helps clients to gain confidence in our capability to implement the solution.
IMPLEMENT:
We then proceed to implement the QA strategy. We work with clients as partners in the implementation of QA processes and related change management to realize the vision and competitive benefits for short-term tactical needs and long-term strategic needs. We emphasize a QA strategy based on client risk exposure to gain maximum impact at the most optimized investment level.
