All recruits at
V2 undergo an intensive training program, where along with our core
values, soft-skills training and relevant process knowledge is
imparted. Apart from this, refresher programs are also conducted on
a regular basis.
We believe in
continuous learning and hence we have a plethora of learning
programs to choose from. We have devised programs for all levels, be
it fresh graduates or senior managers who manage large accounts. All
the learning programs are mapped to competencies and address
learning needs at different proficiency levels. The training
department closely works with the development team to develop and
deliver programs that will make our associates deliver
value-for-money to our customers.
V2 Vibrants come
from all over India having different mother-tongues. We have almost
50% of our staff coming from areas out of Mumbai. Our lunch boxes
may have different flavors but we share what we get with everyone
else. We celebrate our joys together with equal verve and enthusiasm
be it singing Christmas Carols, drawing Rangolis during Holi or
lighting lamps during Diwali. Our staff comes from south, north,
east and north-east, and we feel delighted to be able to have so
much diversity under our roof.
