The client wanted a website that would work as detail product catalogue of a wide product range of products with the ability to add more products and modify the specification as well as price from time to time. The site would have a search facility and various criteria of sorting products. A registered user would be able to login and buy ink-product of their choice using a credit card. Later the user would be able to see the shipping status for his order. The Website Administration (Backend Content Management Module) of the web site had to have a simple interface in to enable display of the current order and addition of more products. The client also wanted access to all member details, order details in addition to sales statistics. Client also wants to set promotional offer and some discount mechanism for bundle buy. Above all the online ecommerce clients want search engine friendly development to get better result in search engine.

Solution:
The Portal developed is an online Ink-Products store where you can select and buy ink-Products of your choice. Customers can use the advance search engine to search Products on the basis of product category, price etc. In order to buy ink-products the customer needs to be a registered member of the web site. Once registered, the user gets access to a highly customized shopping cart for viewing his profile, order, order history, order shipping status etc. Customer also can configure the product as per their need. This further increases the sales figure. The site has a database with a wide range of different products. Above all we used to mod rewrite of apache to generate search engine friendly URL and dynamically generated Meta-tag for each page. On the Website Administrator side (Backend Content Management Module) the interface allows the admin to manage/update and add new brand and products in the database. Also the admin can view details of all members, orders and credit card transactions in addition to managing the shipping rate, gift and discount codes etc. Other features made available to the user are mass emails and newsletters, detailed sales reports, listing of customers and orders on the basis of several criteria etc.
