Ever evolving, our methodology is regularly analyzed internally and adjusted to consistently keep pace with the rapid changes brought about by emerging technological solutions. Governing this methodology is V2's Quality Management System (QMS), designed with an eye towards the dynamics of the market and integrating an appropriate blend of the classic waterfall and agile methodologies.

As far as how the QMS works within V2Solutions methodology, we've defined two separate sets of emergent processes: Stage and Core.
Stage Processes - Stage processes pertain specifically to a particular stage in a project, such as design or testing. These processes emerge when the specific stage in the project life cycle is reached, and they determine the implementation solution for that stage.
Core Processes - These processes are an integral part of any project execution yet do not directly relate to technical output. Providing a framework of checks and balances, these processes align projects with our organizational vision of on-time quality delivery by supporting the smooth implementation of stage processes.
