The client wanted to utilize their resources for their core business value creation. They needed an expert Managed Services Partner that could handle their L1 and L2 technical support for all three major cloud platforms, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily focusing on GCP.
