Our customer distributes thousands of TV/Feature titles worldwide in various languages through various channels including cable operators, broadband, and personal entertainment gadgets. Client needed accurate and elaborate metadata for improving search and discoverability while plugging revenue leakages. We took responsibility for:
- Analyzing their current metadata
- Understanding their current business processes
- Designing business rules to validate the metadata
- Monitoring every broadcast to check: availability, quality, price, and rental windows
