About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned technical lead with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (Core/6/7), microservices, Azure cloud, and domain-driven design. You will lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade platforms — spanning CRM integrations (Salesforce), cloud contact-center solutions (Five9/Twilio), EHR systems, digital document processing, and marketing/lead-generation pipelines. You will work closely with product owners, distributed engineering teams, and C-suite stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and design greenfield and re-platforming solutions using ASP.NET Core, microservices (CQRS + event sourcing), and Azure cloud services.
• Lead third-party integrations with Salesforce, Twilio Voice APIs, Five9 Contact Centre, Meta/Facebook Graph API, and Zapier-based automation pipelines.
• Drive domain-driven design practices, gap analysis, and RAD documentation for legacy-to-modern system migrations.
• Own solution architecture documents, POCs, and technical specifications for onsite and offshore development teams.
• Mentor geographically distributed teams, conduct code reviews, and champion Agile/Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and operations on integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Design server-side event tracking (e.g., Meta CAPI) and lead generation analytics pipelines.

Required skills & experience:

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC / Web API), .NET 6/7, Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, XML/XSLT
• Cloud & Architecture: Azure (Service Fabric, Logic Apps), Microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), REST APIs
• Integrations & SaaS: Salesforce, Twilio, Five9, Meta/Facebook Graph API, Zapier, WebRTC
• Data & Databases: MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Entity Framework Core, LINQ
• Domain Knowledge: FinTech / Mortgage lending, EHR / Healthcare records, Digital document processing (OCR, digitalization)
• Tools & Process: Visual Studio, VS Code, TFS/Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, InRule Business Rules Engine

Nice to have:

• Azure cloud certification
• Azure Service Fabric / Logic Apps hands-on
• Legacy system re-platforming experience
• Server-side Meta CAPI / pixel tracking
• Mortgage / lending domain
• SyncFusion / DevExpress UI components

What we look for:

10+ years of hands-on .NET development with at least 3–5 years technical lead role.

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.

Strong communication skills to bridge business needs and technical implementation across distributed teams.

Demonstrated mentorship and team-building skills; ability to upskill and guide engineers at all levels.
